By submitting my order to InkShop Print, I agree to the InkShop Print Terms and Conditions set out below.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE. InkShop Print RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

  1. ORDER APPROVAL Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. InkShop Print is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Language and grammar, graphics, bleeds, damaged fonts, overprinting, form fields, files not built to template, or page order.

  2. COPYRIGHT All material used/found on this Website or used in the production of your order is subject to Copyright. All rights are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, copy, or republish any of the material and software contained on the InkShop Print website. The Customer may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned or licensed onto materials and merchandise printed via the InkShop Print Service. The same policy applies to copyrights and explicit language or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.

  3. CUSTOMER CONTENT All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials supplied by the customer (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. InkShop Print does not control the Content uploaded by Customers but reserves the right to remove any objectionable Content. Customers are responsible for protecting their password and controlling access to their registered account.

  4. GOVERNING LAW Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Ontario.

  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall InkShop Print or its afiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or performance of the site or failure to provide services.

  6. INDEMNITY Customers agree to indemnify and defend InkShop Print against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the breach of these Terms of Service.

  7. CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS Customers must provide artwork or designs in CMYK format. InkShop Print is not responsible for color shifts or image quality due to customer-provided artwork.

  8. COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING InkShop Print is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs. Variations in color between proofs and the completed job are expected.

  9. TRIMMING AND FOLDING While InkShop Print tries to trim and fold accurately, variance may occur.

  10. ORDER CANCELLATION Orders are eligible for cancellation upon request subject to applicable charges.

  11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS All Sales Are Final unless an error is verified by InkShop Print.

  12. ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY InkShop Print is not liable for delays caused by shipping issues or technical difficulties.

  13. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees due to incorrect addresses.

  14. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES InkShop Print is not responsible for the contents of linked sites.

  15. OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS Overruns and underruns not exceeding 5% are acceptable.

  16. INDEMNIFICATION Customers affirm ownership or publication rights to all submitted materials.

  17. PAYMENT INFORMATION InkShop Print does not record credit card information on its servers.

  18. NON SOLICITATION Customers agree not to solicit InkShop Print employees without prior consent.

  19. Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions By using our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive messages from InkShop Print and can opt-out at any time.
